We never charge for our services right away, only if and when your phone boots like normal. When this happens we will send you the congratulations email along with a invoice for our services that you will pay so that we can send you back your phone full of your precious memories and data.

In the event that we absolutely can not retrieve your data because you did not give us the passcode or the phone has another problem wrong with it. we will do one of two things.
If the reason is because the phone has additional Preexisting problem that we cannot repair that is preventing our experts from proceeding in the recovery process we will send the device back as soon as possible free of charge. Once that Pre existing problem is resolved you can feel free to get in contact with us again so that we can begin the recovery process.
if you simply did not give us the pass code as requested we will still charge you for the full service that we have done. This is because we were able to successfully get past error 14. however the passcode is EXTREMELY important as it is the last part of the process to getting your phone back as normal and successfully recovered with your data intact.
There is no guarantee that the path that we have created for the phone to be successfully restored will stay viable if we ship the phone back to you to enter the passcode. To avoid stressful situations on the behalf of yourself and our experts we strongly advise that you provide the correct passcode As directed.

If you would like to pay in advance you are free to there is a option upon filling out the recovery form where you will be able to say either yes or no. If your phone is unable to be recovered you will be refunded any money you paid and sent the phone back free of charge.

At this time we do not perform other repairs. We only are able to help iPhone users with Error 14.
Once you repair your device from the preexisting problem whether it be a battery issue, water damage or a cracked screen e.t.c we will be happy to accept your phone for our service. And restore your memories back to you.

Data recovery -due to our queues- can take as long as 4 weeks. Rush data recovery services are treated with immediate attention and are generally done within 2 weeks.
