 In the event that we absolutely can not retrieve your data because you did not give us the passcode or the phone has another problem wrong with it. we will do one of two things. 
If the reason is because the phone has additional Preexisting problem that we cannot repair that is preventing our experts from proceeding in the recovery process we will send the device back as soon as possible free of charge. Once that Pre existing problem is resolved you can feel free to get in contact with us again so that we can begin the recovery process.
if you simply did not give us the pass code as requested we will still charge you for the full service that we have done. This is because we were able to successfully get past error 14. however the passcode is EXTREMELY important as it is the last part of the process to getting your phone back as normal and successfully recovered with your data intact. 
There is no guarantee that the path that we have created for the phone to be successfully restored will stay viable if we ship the phone back to you to enter the passcode. To avoid stressful situations on the behalf of yourself and our experts we strongly advise that you provide the correct passcode As directed.
If you would like to pay in advance you are free to there is a option upon filling out the recovery form where you will be able to say either yes or no. If your phone is unable to be recovered you will be refunded any money you paid and sent the phone back free of charge.
